It was the after the funeral that we started to have problems. The Limo failed to show up to take us to the gravesite; when asked about it they at first acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. We were standing outside for quite a while waiting while everyone else had lined up and was waiting to go to the gravesite. I was upset but things happened and we ended up taking our own vehicles. I was told that I would get a refund for the limo and couple of other things that we paid for but didn't utilize the full amount.
